The Peace & Conflict Resolution Conference (PCRC) is an international interdisciplinary gathering devoted to the study and practice of peacebuilding, conflict resolution, reconciliation, human rights, social justice, and peace policy. PCRC provides a platform where academics, practitioners, civil society activists, policymakers, and community leaders converge to share research, case studies, and real-world experience — exploring pathways to peace, conflict prevention, conflict transformation, and sustainable reconciliation.

The 11th Peace and Conflict Resolution Conference (PCRC2026) will be held from 13th–15th of November 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. This international academic conference brings together peace scholars, conflict researchers, practitioners, policymakers, mediators, human-rights advocates, and fieldworkers to examine the root causes, dynamics and consequences of violent and non-violent conflict. PCRC2026 provides a rigorous, interdisciplinary forum for analyzing contemporary conflicts and exploring evidence-based approaches to peacebuilding, mediation, reconciliation, dialogue processes, conflict transformation, and sustainable peace initiatives.

Participants will engage with a broad range of themes central to peace and conflict studies, including conflict analysis and early warning, negotiation and mediation strategies, trauma recovery and psychosocial support, community resilience, transitional justice and post-conflict governance, human rights protection, peace education, grassroots and community-based peace initiatives, and multilevel, cross-sector cooperation.
