Safety of our participants is our first priority. Until the COVID-19 pandemic is declared over, the following rigorous safety and sanitary measures will apply in all events organized by the Tomorrow People Organization:
Each delegate is provided with and is required to wear in the meeting facilities at all times:

- Face shield visors
- Face protection masks
- Hand protection gloves
- Thermal scanning
- Hand sanitizer
- Air disinfectant
- Thorough disinfection and cleaning of the meeting facilities and equipment in between sessions
- Social distancing measures, including sitting plans in all meeting rooms

During these times of uncertainty Tomorrow People Organization is offering maximum flexibility policy as its contribution to bringing our lives and jobs back to normal.
While we are hopeful that things will soon get back to new normal, we remain focused on our core mission to be a platform for different types of stakeholders, from across the globe, to gather around topics and learn, share and network in one of a kind, carefully designed, dynamic, culturally and professionally diverse environment.
Should the conditions not allow for any of the scheduled conferences to be held on-site as planned, the conference presentations will be moved to a fully virtual format.
In short, if you are admitted to any of our conferences, Tomorrow People Organization guarantees the opportunity to present and publish your paper, no matter the circumstances.
In case of moving to a virtual conference, those participants who registered to attend a conference in-person will be offered three alternatives:

In case of moving to a virtual conference, those participants who registered to attend a conference in-person will be offered three alternatives:
- Option 1. Transfer your registration fee for in-person attendance of another upcoming conference organized by Tomorrow People Organization and receive a complimentary invitation to follow or present at the virtual conference;
- Option 2. Change from in-person to remote (virtual) presentation and receive the refund of difference between in-person and remote registration fees;
- Option 3. Request up to a full refund as per our regular cancellation policy stated on the conference website and conference invitation letter.
