*a proof of full time student status must be sent to contact@tomorrowpeople.org. We accept either a valid student card or a letter from the university.


Delegate Registration Includes:

 

* Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
* Admission to all sessions
* Admission to the exhibition
* Conference bag with materials
* Presentation of submitted and approved paper
* Published paper in the official Conference proceedings
* Lunch and Coffee / refreshments at the venue during the three conference days
* Admission to Casual Get Together event
* Certificate issued by Tomorrow People Organization.


Student Registration Includes:

* Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
* Admission to all sessions
* Admission to the exhibition
* Conference bag with materials
* Lunch and Coffee / refreshments at the venue during the three conference days
* Admission to Casual Get Together event
* Certificate issued by Tomorrow People Organization.


Payment and Applying Procedure:

You will receive the admission decision within 7 days after your application has been received. A non refundable 100 Euro is due two weeks after you have been officially invited to join the Conference and this amount will be credited toward the Conference fee.

NOTE: Deposit is required to secure your spot in the Conference. If your deposit is not received in a due time, we reserve right to offer your spot to another applicant from the waiting list.

Conditions of Registration:

Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any of the above.


Cancellation Policy:

If provided written cancellation is received before February 1st 2012 the full payment minus non refundable deposit and bank charges will be refunded. February 2nd 2012- June 15th 2012 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 15th June 2012. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat and e-mailed to contact@tomorrowpeople.org .
