Conference Fees:

*on-site registration is subject to availability. Due to limited space in the venue, we cannot guarantee the availability of spots for on-site registration, unless they have been previously deposited and secured. Presenters are strongly encouraged to confirm their position in advance in order to ensure for their presentation to be scheduled in the official Conference agenda and paper published in the official Conference proceedings.

**a proof of full time student status must be sent to contact@tomorrowpeople.org. We accept either a valid student card or a letter from the university.

Payment and Applying Procedure:

You will receive the admission decision within 7 days after your application has been received. A non refundable 100 Euro deposit is due two weeks after you have been officially invited to join the Conference and this amount will be credited toward the Conference fee.

NOTE: Deposit is required to secure your spot in the Conference. If your deposit is not received in a due time, we reserve right to offer your spot to another applicant from the waiting list.

Conditions of Registration:


Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any of the above.

Cancellation Policy:

If provided written cancellation is received before November 15th 2009 the full payment minus non refundable deposit and bank charges will be refunded. November 16th 2009- January 31st 2010 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 31st January 2010 The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat and e-mailed to contact@tomorrowpeople.org.
