Applications are accepted on a rolling admission basis as long as space is available. Due to a highly competitive admission process, we strongly recommend all applicants to apply early and secure their spot in the venue.

NOTE: You will receive the admission decision within 7 days after your application has been received. A non refundable 100 EUR deposit is due two weeks after you have been officially invited to join the Conference and this amount will be credited toward the Conference fee.
