Where does the Conference take place?

Where will I be accommodated during the conference?

We can arrange hotel accommodation for you in "First Hotel Bangkok"  (www.firsthotelbangkok.com), where the Conference will be taking place. It is to be paid supplementary and will costs 38 US dollars per night per room, with breakfast and tax included.
You are also welcome to arrange accommodation on your own or if you have a friend or a relative living in Bangkok, you may also stay with them.

Will I have to stay in the hotel?

No, you can arrange accommodation on your own, in which case you pay only a Conference fee without accommodation costs included.

Is it possible to stay in the hotel before or after the Conference?

Yes, as long as you inform us about your planes on time we can book a hotel room for you. Please, keep in mind that March is a high season period in Bangkok and you will probably have to make reservation at least a month before coming to Thailand.

Please, check "cancellation policy" at the section FEES

No, paper submission and presentation is not mandatory.

There is no official dress code, but have in mind that you will be meeting some company representatives and scholars from all over the world and might be a part of some formal events, so we do suggest having something appropriate for that purpose.
