* Published paper in the official Conference proceedings

Payment and Applying Procedure:

You will receive the admission decision within 7 days after your application has been received. A non refundable 100 US$ deposit is due two weeks after you have been officially invited to join the Conference and this amount will be credited toward the Conference fee. 

NOTE: Deposit is required to secure your spot in the Conference. If your deposit is not received in a due time, we reserve right to offer your spot to another applicant from the waiting list.

A + B +C- Participants will receive exact payment instructions in the acceptance packets.

D) Credit Cards

You can make payments with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express directly through Pay Pal's secure system. Please, make sure you add 3% to the total of the payment for Pay Pal's processing fee.


                                      


 

Conditions of Registration:


Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organizers do not accept responsibility for any of the above.



Cancellation Policy:

If provided written cancellation is received before September 1st 2007 the full payment minus non refundable deposit and bank charges will be refunded. ASeptember 2nd 2007- Oktober 15sth 2007 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 15th Oktober 2007. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat  and e-mailed to contact@tomorrowpeople.org
