Vladimir Mladjenovic, Director
Mr.Vladimir Mladjenovic is director and co-founder of Tomorrow People Non-Profit Organization. One of his personal missions is to enable young students to become future leaders. In addition, Mr. Mladjenovic has co-founded the Intercultural Encounters program and is also an academic director for the Global Education Program. Ivana Jovanovic, Operations Director

Ms. Ivana Jovanovic is the operations director and co-fonder of Tomorrow People Non- Profit Organization. Ms. Jovanovic holds a postgraduate degree in International Business from L’Ecole Superieure de Commerce, Grenoble and has extensive experience in international cooperation management and negotiations. Ms. Jovanovic gained much experience working as head of the international cooperation department at a prestigious university in Belgrade and working in the international business sector for the French “Intermarché group,” as head for the Balkans office. Today Ms. Jovanovic dedicates her time to the missions and goals of Tomorrow People Non-Profit Organization. Laura Carolina Sala, Program Director
Ms. Laura Carolina Sala is a graduate of the University of Florida and has earned a liberal arts degree in political science, a fine arts degree in creative photography and has accredited certifications in public affairs. In the past, Ms. Sala founded Youth in Action, an organization dedicated to motivate, and empower individuals seeking social change and has worked for several activist community organizations addressing issues of discrimination, prejudice, HIV & Aids and other destructive decisions. Ana Bogdanovic, Program Coordinator
Ms. Ana Bogdanovic joined Tomorrow People Non-Profit Organization team having a strong background in project management and currently focuses on the development and coordination of the various Tomorrow People programs worldwide. Ms. Bogdanovic’s experience, specializing in human resources is an asset to the ever-growing family of partners and friends. Ms. Bogdanovic’s has been providing services to many prestigious recruiting companies such as Link Consultants International Co.
