Tomorrow People
Organization
Tomorrow People is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young people to become educated and ethical, globally aware professionals, committed to inflicting a positive change in the world. Our focus is on leadership and cross-cultural studies. By inspiring young people to develop new ideas and teaching them the skills necessary to put those ideas into action, we are creating new generations of responsible and successful global citizens--future leaders.

Ural State University
The Department of International
Relations is located in the University's main building in the city
center of Yekaterinburg. It is a recognized Russian teaching and
research institution in the fields of language training,
international affairs and regional studies. Among Russian social
science departments, it is among the most dynamic, and
distinguished by its broad range of international contacts with,
among others, the European Union (Brussels), Civic Education
Project (New Haven, Connecticut), UNESCO, Open Society Institute
(Budapest), Embassy of Japan, Spain and Italy, Friedrich Ebert
Foundation (Bonn), MacArthur Foundation (New York), American
University (Washington, DC), and the Universities of Rome, Milan,
Florence, and Catania. The current student body and teaching staff
of the Department include several foreigners from Western Europe
and Asia.

of Zagreb
The University
of Zagreb (1669) is the oldest and biggest university in
South-Eastern Europe. Ever since its foundation, the University
has been continually growing and developing and now consist of 29
faculties, three art academies and the Centre for Croatian
Studies. With its comprehensive programmes and over 50,000
full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students the University
is the strongest teaching institution in Croatia. It offers
a wide range of academic degree courses leading to Bachelor's,
Master's and Doctoral degrees in the following fields: Arts,
Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Engineering, Humanities, Natural and
Social Sciences. it is also a strongly research-oriented
institution, contributing with over 50 percent to the total
research output of the country.
Global Institute for Leadership
and Civic Development
The Global Institute for Leadership and Civic
Development (GILCD) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing new skills and opportunities for young persons so that they can become active and responsible citizens in this global community.
GILDC believes that young persons are a remarkable source of imagination and drive. Students should be given the resources and support in order to transform their ideas into action so they can move the world.
GILDC aims to provide young persons with new experiences and new roles. It is believed that doing so fosters self-development and awareness. In addition,
GILDC seeks to provide international experiences so that young persons can have a better understanding of other cultures.
Motivatours
Motivatours was formed in 1991, and is managed by a truly
professional team. Its teams are carefully selected professionals,
who have a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge in all
aspects of tourism, and know Portugal, its culture, history and
people.
Motivatours
is specialized in the planning and implementation of incentives,
meetings and conferences, making every effort to ensure that your
success and that of your client is guaranteed.
Motivatours has been adopting new technologies, and is always
updating its communication systems to keep ahead of the
competition and react quickly to clients’ demands.
Whatever the event, occasion or location, Motivatours will provide
you with a program to suit your client’s need.

Staff
Vladimir Mladjenovic, Director
Vladimir Mladjenovic is Director and
co-founder of the Tomorrow People
Organization dedicated to enabling young persons to become future leaders and take crucial positions in their future professions at some point. He's also one of the co-founders of the Intercultural Encounters
program and Academic Director of the Global Education Program,
that took place in Cuba in August 2004. Vladimir can be reached via email at

Aleksandar
Ceganjac, Deputy Director
Aleksandar Ceganjac is Deputy
Director of Tomorrow People Organization and founder of Global
Entrepreneurship Conference 2006, taking place in Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil.
Aleksandar graduated from Grenoble School of Business with
a Bachelor of Science in International Business. He is also a
Banking and Finance graduate from Belgrade Business School.
Today,
Aleksandar is a co-owner and Director of “Aldemo” d.o.o.,
a well- established publishing and trade company from
Belgrade. In the year 2000 he co-founded and established
“Limabel” ltd, the company representative office in Cyprus.

Ivana
Jovanovic, Operations Director
Ivana
Jovanovic is also a co-founder of the Tomorrow People
Organization and Intercultural Encounters
program. She is and MIB student of the Grenoble Graduate School of
Business and has a wide experience in international cooperation and
negotiation. During a few years as a head of international
cooperation department of one big private University in Belgrade,
Serbia & Montenegro, she was responsible for cooperation
with more then 10 European Universities such as: University of
Sheffield, Bournemouth University in UK or L’ecole Superieure de
Commerce, Grenoble and Ceram – L’ecole Superieure de Commerce,

Laura Carolina Sala,
Program Director
Graduate of the University of Florida with a liberal arts degree in political science and a fine arts degree in studio art: creative photography with a minor in art history and certification in public affairs. In the past Laura founded Youth in Action, an organization dedicated to motivate, and empower individuals seeking social change in order to improve the communities they live in. Empowering people to strive for social change is one of Laura’s main passions and goals in life. She is bi-lingual in Spanish and English and is currently living in Florida.

Luis Lopez
Luis
Lopez-Martinelli is a social entrepreneur from Mexico. He
co-founded and directed the Global Education Program together with
Vladimir Mladjenovic and the Global Institute for Civic
Development and Leadership. He has had many roles in the
non-profit sector and is currently developing a social
entrepreneurial project in Mexico.
Branko Stojanovic
Branko Stojanovic is the owner and General Director of “Press Clipping”- Belgrade, the leading media monitoring company in Serbia and Montenegro. He bought his first company when he was 22 which makes him the youngest buyer of an ex socially owned company on the public auction in the process of privatization in Serbia. He is also one of the co-founders of the Tomorrow People
Organization.
