When
should I arrive?
You
should arrive to Belgrade no later than Friday 25th May 2007, and
register at the Conference venue at 2 pm.
When
should I depart?
Please,
do not make any arrangements for your departure before Sunday,
27th May 2007
in the afternoon. Participants are expected to be in attendance
during the entire Conference.
Where
does the Conference take place?
The
Conference will take place at Faculty for Entrepreneurial
Management in "Union" University's main building,
centrally located and easily accessible form any point of the
city.
How
will I be transported to the Conference venue?
The Conference venue is
easily accessible and conveniently located in the city center and
within walking distance from major points in downtown. However, to facilitate participants' transportation, buses to the
Conference venue will be provided daily from "Terazije"
square, the hear of Belgrade, in front of the "Balkan"
hotel. The exact schedule and maps will be provided with the
acceptance packets.
What does the Conference fee cover?
The Conference fee
covers: admission to all the sessions, presentations of submitted papers, discussions, lunches and coffee breaks during the Conference, a
networking dinner, closing cocktail, all the materials for
following the sessions and certificate issued by Tomorrow People
Organization.
Is
the Conference fee reimbursable?
Please,
check "cancellation policy" at the section FEES.
Do
I have to submit and present a paper?
No,
paper submission and presentation is not mandatory. You may take
part in study sessions and discussions only. However, if you
intend to present a paper at the Conference, please submit the
abstract for review, along with your application.
What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code, but have in mind that you will be
meeting some company representatives and scholars from all over
the world and might be a part of some formal events, so we do
suggest having something appropriate for that purpose.
Packing list
Once you confirm your participation, you will get the list of things you
should take.
Visa
Visa
assistance will be provided on request. For those requiring visa, please specify in the application form at our
web site and make sure your name, address or fax number and
passport number are correct.
Payment
A
non- refundable 100 Euro deposit is due 2 weeks after you
have been officially invited to attend the Conference along with
the confirmation form you will received in the acceptance packet. This amount will be credited towards the registration fee.
